How to Apply & Care for Your Contact Lenses

Applying your lenses

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
2. Rinse the lens with fresh contact lens solution.
3. Place the lens on your index fingertip and check it is not inside out (it should form a smooth cup).
4. Hold your upper and lower eyelids open, look up, and gently place the lens on your eye.
5. Blink slowly and the lens will settle into place.

Removing your lenses

1. Wash your hands.
2. Look up, pull down your lower eyelid, and gently pinch the lens out.
3. Store it in fresh solution.

Caring for your lenses

• Wear up to 12 hours a day.
• Always store in fresh solution every night - never reuse old solution.
• Never sleep in your lenses or share them with others.
• Replace your pair after 12 months.
